Spring 2021 has a very different feeling than last year, wouldn't you agree? Let's be honest, March 2020 felt like a mash-up of couple Stephen King novels; picture a hybrid of The Mist & The Stand. Fast forward one year later and the smell of fresh rain and the site of green buds popping through the dirt feels exhilarating! The longing to be outside has a more profound pull this year versus last year.
We've been seeing discussions about expanding the workplace to include outdoor terraces, patios and roof decks and that is very exciting! Imagine being able to collaborate with a team around a picnic table or catch up on some emails with the warmth of the sun on your back - pure bliss!
